Cancellation Fee:
With 24 Hours of Confirmation – 100% Refund of Booking Fee.
More than 30 days before event date – 80% refund of Booking Fee.
Less than 30 days before event date – 50% refund of Booking Fee.
Less than 7 days before event date – 0% refund of Booking Fee.
In any event of cancellation of booking, security deposit and cleaning fee will be fully refunded.
House Rules:
1. Basic cleaning is required after using our space. Otherwise there’ll be extra cost for cleaning fee.
Basic cleaning such as:
- Bag all trash & throw outside rubbin bin
- Return all equipments to their original positions
- Usage of cleaning essentials if floors be dirtied from food consumption or any form of litter
2. Return all shifted furniture to its original position.
3. Please switch off all lights, air-con and electrical appliances before leaving.
4. Keep all doors closed at all time.
5. No smoking, E-cigarette, shisha, and/or use of vapes is allowed in our space. You may smoke outside of the space. The back alley or the front are both ideal to smoke but do keep the doors close at all times.
6. No excessively loud music, keep all activities within the space. If a complaint due to excessive noise is surfaced, or if the police are activated to survey, full deposit will be forfeited.
7. Any damages of facilities, equipment or furniture, deposit fee will be deducted as replacement fees.
8. No illegal activities like drugs, underaged drinking, etc.
9. Leave on time, unless request for additional hours confirmed with staff.
